I began with a cost audit and system consolidation, shifting the firm’s operations onto Flodesk—a modern email platform with lifetime beta pricing at just $19/month. This move reduced annual costs by over 90% while also improving design, UX, and newsletter deliverability.

Heckman Global had no web presence before 2022. I designed and launched their first Webflow website, giving the firm a sleek, professional look that reflected its position in the institutional research space.

By leveraging Clay.com and a deep scrape of Morningstar’s global equity fund listings, I identified hundreds of high-value fund managers. Using Clay’s enrichment waterfall, I located verified emails and sent out personalized free trial research reports, boosting our list size by 3×.
