DCM Advisors (also known as Dinosaur Capital Management Advisors) is a multi-strategy investment firm serving institutional clients and financial advisors across the U.S. With fewer than 10 employees, the firm relied on lean operations—but faced bottlenecks in its quarterly marketing and reporting cycles. From 2021 to 2024, I served as a key marketing and operations contributor, helping modernize their digital infrastructure, automate quarterly reporting, and accelerate sales enablement.
“In a regulated environment like investment management, reporting delays can mean missed opportunities. We built repeatable, audit-ready workflows that moved faster—without breaking compliance.”
When I joined, DCM’s marketing materials—including pitch books, fact sheets, and website data—were built through a highly manual process:
I stepped in and overhauled the process from the ground up. Within three months, we collapsed a fragmented, multi-person pipeline into a single-source-of-truth system—all maintained in-house, with zero code.
✔ Fact sheets, pitch books, and website updates from one database
I built a centralized data layer in Google Sheets, which served as the core data source for quarterly fund performance. That data powered:
✔ Reduced turnaround time by 75%
With the new process, we went from a 1-month+ delay on quarterly materials to a 5–10 day turnaround, allowing the sales team (Vision4 Fund Distributors) to move faster with fresh, compliant materials.
✔ Designed and launched a new Webflow website
Initially working with a design agency, I later took full ownership of DCM’s web presence, eliminating agency costs and building all updates in-house with Webflow.
✔ Worked across multiple compliance teams
I coordinated quarterly reviews with:

“At a small firm like DCM, I didn’t just build presentations — I built a repeatable engine that turned raw data into high-trust marketing assets, fast. And I made sure it got through compliance every single time.”
Usually within a few days. Once we agree on scope and you send over the essentials (like brand assets and goals), I can get moving right away. If you’re in a rush, I’ll prioritize your project to hit your deadlines.
For smaller web design projects, turnaround is often 1–2 weeks. More complex builds or multi-page sites may take 3–4 weeks. Clay cold email campaigns can be up and running in as little as 2 weeks, as we have to warm up the inboxes first, so they don't land in spam.
Every project includes at least one round of revisions. My process starts with a clear creative brief so we’re aligned from the start, and I’ll share drafts along the way so there are no surprises.
Nope. While I have deep experience in those industries, I work with businesses of all kinds — startups, agencies, solo founders, and established brands. If you have a vision, I can help bring it to life.
We’ll kick off with a discovery call to nail down your goals. From there, I’ll create a timeline, share updates as I go, and make sure you always know what’s next.
